Offices

52 Champs-Elysées - Paris (75)

Aim of the project
Conceptualize the refurbishment of a remarkable building in a demanding urban environment as part of the Paris Local Urban Planning Scheme; foster the development of high-quality commercial activities; meet the expectations of office workers in the central business district of downtown Paris.

Our solution
Altarea Cogedim advised the purchaser during the sale of the building. The Group is now working with the project owner to address all of the technical, architectural and administrative aspects of the refurbishment. The site was built in 1930 and has never been comprehensively renovated. As such it presents formidable challenges and numerous constraints.
