City center retail is Altarea Cogedim’s area of expertise and the group developed its first shopping center, Espace Coty, in Le Havre city center in 1994. A city center retail complex that opened in 2011, Espace Saint-Christophe is part of Tourcoing town’s upgrading and improvements. It includes a new generation Auchan City hypermarket, a five-screen multiplex theatre, and over 30 shops and restaurants. Its exceptional location means easy access with the town’s public transport system: tramway and subway.

La Cour des Capucins / Thionville

La Cour des Capucins aims to strengthen the appeal of Thionville city center. It will have a shopping center, residential properties, offices and a hotel. Located in the city’s historic center, the shopping center will open on to the main shopping streets with four entrances to ensure a smooth integration in to the surrounding shopping environment.
