The 831 employees working at Altarea Cogedim represent the Group’s main assets. 288 of them are working in shopping center development and management teams, 543 are dedicated to property development and corporate property for third parties.
With 59% in the Paris region and the remainder throughout the rest of France, Italy and Spain, 70% of teams are middle management putting their expertise and entrepreneurial culture at the service of three business lines. In line with the development of each of these lines, 146 people have been recruited over the last three years.
