Project goal
Linking the Champs Elysées, Place de l’Etoile and Avenue des Ternes, this real estate complex combines luxury hospitality, upscale shopping and the legendary Salle Wagram, a renowned Parisian event venue.

Our solution
In the center of Paris and just around the corner from the Champs-Elysées, one of the most prestigious streets in the world, Altarea Cogedim and architect Christian de Portzamparc have developed a 5-star hotel with 118 rooms and 17,200 ft² (1,600 m²) of ground floor shops. Altarea Cogedim also renovated the legendary Salle Wagram in its original style characteristic of the Second French Empire.
