In conjunction with other organisations, Cogedim has designed mixed urban projects as per the goals set out by elected bodies and in respect for Cogedim’s quality standards: mixed housing, quality construction, green spaces. Cogedim has revitalised a large number of re-zoned sites and new suburbs.
Promenade Sisley / Suresnes
Set between the Seine and the town centre this new suburb is close to shops, schools and the tram system, it is set around a leafy promenade and a square to enhance quality of life. Beautiful 5-room apartments with balconies, some of which are duplexes, look onto the interior gardens and the promenade, some have uninterrupted views over Paris and La Défense. Respectful to the surroundings, the building facades are a contemporary re-interpretation of the architecture of the 30s.
Nice Méridia / Nice
Cogedim was involved in the re-zoning of the Var Valley and created a mixed housing estate set over 22 hectares including, housing, office space and teaching facilities, a student’s residence and shops. An economic and architectural showcase for the Var plain, Nice Méridia is ideally located: it is 500 m from the 2nd largest international airport in France and 2 minutes from the A8 motorway. It will eventually be connected by a comprehensive multi-modal platform with the arrival of the LGV and a connection to the tram network. This development falls under the scope of a large environmental project which will make it the largest eco-suburb on the Côte d’Azur.
