Urban entertainment

With Bercy Village, Altarea Cogedim invented urban entertainment, an urban shopping center that offers visitors an authentic and vibrant new district where leisure activities, culture, relaxation and retail are combined for guaranteed success. The area is a forum for exchange and meetings, where people enjoy a stroll.
This concept has been tried and tested near Lyon with Carré de Soie and will be again in 2017 in Genoa, Italy, with the Ponte Parodi development.

Bercy Village / Paris 12th arrondissement

The first urban entertainment center in France, Bercy Village was created in a district with an interesting past as the area used to house former Bercy cellars and warehouses. With this new concept, Bercy Village became an original destination in the Parisian landscape, focused on leisure, wine, lifestyle and culture.
