With Bercy Village, Altarea Cogedim invented urban entertainment
, an urban shopping center that offers visitors an authentic and vibrant new district where leisure activities, culture, relaxation and retail are combined for guaranteed success. The area is a forum for exchange and meetings, where people enjoy a stroll.
This concept has been tried and tested near Lyon with Carré de Soie
and will be again in 2017 in Genoa, Italy, with the Ponte Parodi development.
